The U-Bass can be played through virtually any bass amp on the market today. Bassists have gotten great results playing through their normal bass rig. This is a very practical approach. However, many Acoustic-Electric model U-Bassists prefer using a dedicated amp designed for acoustic instruments. You can also go direct to the PA system using a direct box.
